Q Is there any limit to the number of websites I can have sending leads to Speed-Lead?
A No Speed-Lead can accept leads or forms from any website or any number of websites.
Q What happens to the prospect contact information?
A All data from the email is separated from the email and stored in the Speed-Lead database. Important information like contact name, address, phone number, email address if provided by the emailer is stored and available for use in other programs.
Q I get a lot of junk mail; will Speed-Lead be able to figure out which emails are junk and which emails are leads?
A Yes, with sophisticated parsing logic Speed-Lead will separate junk mail from leads. Cutting through the clutter Speed-Lead separates the leads and immediately assigns to the appropriate sales staff.
Q We have emails from the same person that must be routed to different people in our organization; will we be able to distinguish which emails go to which person?
A Using information from the email subject or body text Speed-Lead will determine which emails should be routed to which person. If a person is on vacation a scheduling program will route emails to an alternate recipient.
Q Time is money and good leads are gold; we need leads in front of the right sales person right now. How will we know the lead has been assigned, whom the lead was assigned to and when it was assigned?
A Every incoming lead is captured and stored in the Speed-Lead database. All lead details including the email message are retained. Key date is separated to create a contact record and a detailed assignment log is created to track assignment details. The process only takes minutes and every detail is available for review.
Q How long does it take to get started?
A Speed-Lead has libraries for popular email lead sources like Number 1 Expert. This saves hours of setup time. Depending on the number of sales staff to setup typical setup time should take only a few days.
